About Sandy

Sandy Larson is intimately involved with every project she takes on

Sandy Larson has built or remodeled more than 50 custom dwellings in some of Atlanta's most desirable communities like Virginia Highlands, Brookhaven, Pine Lake and Decatur. These distinctive, original homes have become recognizable in the region as symbols of excellence.

With a history as a critical care nurse specialist that taught her to stay focused and organized under extreme pressure, and as both a real estate agent and appraiser, Sandy is uniquely qualified to create distinctive and high quality homes in today's market.

To round out her diverse background, Sandy studied woodcraft at the historic John C. Campbell Folk School in Brasstown, NC and green building practices at the SouthFace Energy Institute in Atlanta. She is certified under the EarthCraft™ homebuilding program, which serves as a blueprint for healthier, more comfortable homes, which reduce utility bills and protect the environment. In 2007 Sandy was named by the mayor to the City of Pine Lake's Architectural Review Board as the authority on home building for the community. She has also donated her time and expertise building homes for the needy with Habitat for Humanity.

One of the most important tools Sandy uses in the building and remodeling process is the heart and soul she puts into every single home. "I design every house like I'm going to live in it," Sandy says. "I put that kind of energy into every step of the process."
